Refund Policy
One Stop Fashion will issue a refund for eligible returns according to the following guidelines:
- Orders that meet the return criteria will receive a full refund.
- Orders returned without meeting the return criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received.

Return Policy
Important Notice: Only U.S. orders are eligible for return services. At this time, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the U.S.
Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers:
One Stop Fashion will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. Exchanges are not accepted.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered 1 status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow 7 - 9 business days from the day we receive your return to process it.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
